G.R.I.N. – Getting Really Involved Now

This program is open to all local elementary schools. Jupiter Orthodontics has put into place an incentive program for students who have shown a concerted effort in either their academic and/or conduct performance.  This program is intended to assure students that they are believed in and can succeed with perseverance. Teachers set the standard of improvement, since they are in the best position to observe a child’s effort. The G.R.I.N. award is presented to each selected student by Dr. Welch, which includes a certificate of achievement, a trophy, a personal letter to the parent, a pizza party lunch at the school, and a special surprise.

Giving back to our local teachers with a monthly gift card for their hard work and dedication to our children.

School Partnerships

Dr. Welch has created many partnerships with local schools: sponsoring classrooms, rewards programs, teacher appreciation events and providing emergency supplies to every school nurse.  In 2018, Jupiter Orthodontics donated Kindness Benches to four elementary schools. The benches were presented to foster inclusion and acceptance of everyone. Being the son of two school teachers, we are always eager and happy to support students and teachers any way he can.

School Sports Programs

Each year local elementary and middle schools are reminded that FREE custom mouthguards will be provided for any student who participates in a sports program that requires one. No student will go without proper protection!

Contributions to the Underprivileged

Through various avenues, he is able to assist orthodontic treatment for underprivileged ones in need. This again is based on his unending determination to give back to those around him.

Hearts and Hope

Jupiter Orthodontics supports Hearts and Hope, Inc., a program dedicated to grief counseling for spouses and children who experience the loss of a loved one.
