GRIN AWARDS

Dr. Welch loves celebrating students working hard to achieve their goals. As she likes to remind the students “Effort equals Results!!” Our G.R.I.N. Awards are something we look forward to at the local elementary schools each school year! Each student receives an award and a pizza party with their parents!

Dr. Welch is the recipient of the 2022 Sharon Hunt Emerging Leader Award by the Southern Association of Orthodontists. She is always giving back to the profession she loves so dearly.
